This guide will walk you through What To Expect And How To Prepare For Your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. After A Quick Lunch Break You Will Get To View Your Images.

  • It has become increasingly popular to purchase a collection prior to your session by either paying in full or setting up a payment plan. By pre-purchasing a collection, it allows us to plan your session with specific products in mind. We do not offer payment plans after your session.

  • Payment of your order can be made by Pre Session Payment Plan, cash, credit, debit, PayRight Finance, Afterpay with a 6% processing fee

    We do NOT accept checks.

  • Your image reveal and order appointment will take place on the same day as your session. Here you will view all your beautiful unedited images and decide which images you will purchase, going through each image individually. Please allow 1-hour for your image reveal and ordering apt.

  • We do not archive any unpurchased images from your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images.

    What happens to the images I do not purchase? We delete them after your appointment.

  • We allot 1 hour for each client to view their images and make their purchasing decisions. While this may seem like a lot of time, it is important to be decisive as the time will move quickly for us. Most of our clients are done in half an hour, while others take the full hour. We would love to offer our clients unlimited time to view and make purchasing decisions, however in an effort to be fair and reasonable to all we do have to limit the appointment to the hour block

  • It is normal to be nervous to view your images!! We do not edit your images prior to you seeing them, and this can be nerve wracking for some people. HOWEVER, you are in great hands. The images right out of the camera already look amazing. Our clients typically enjoy seeing their images before any retouching happens, that way you know how great you look and don't question what we might have edited. This also allows us to give our clients the exact amount of retouching they want, and it gives us the time we need to hand retouch each individual image.

  • Your beautiful face, and your payment method. Even if you have pre-purchased a collection, you may decide to add additional products or upgrade your collection. Please remember we do not offer payment plans after your session.

    We do not allow guests/children to attend your session or your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

  • Every session is different, but we typically show 60-80 unique images per client.

  • We will edit all purchased images prior to printing. We will remove bruises, pimples, scratches, and cellulite. We will also even skin tone and lighten any dark circles under the eyes. We will give you the option if you would like to have scars, stretch marks, birthmarks, moles, or tattoos smaller than a quarter photoshopped out. Should you have additional retouching requests, they must be made at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, and if the request is outside our normal scope of work may require additional fees.

  • With your payment in full you will receive the prints and products in 10-12 weeks. If you need your images faster than this turnaround time, please consult with us. We may be able to accommodate some requests with or without a rush fee added.

  • Once your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment are complete and payment is made there are no ‘change of mind or refunds given’, which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not change, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment. All sales are final and no refunds are available.

  • No, we will not share your images without your consent. We will discuss this at your ordering appointment and have you fill out a form going over this.
