Please enter 25 Peace Crescent into your GPS which will bring your to our residential driveway. If you put 31 in your GPS you may end up on the PARKWAY which is not our address.

Our studio is located at the top of driveway (no.31). You will see the Lollie Claire Photography Sign.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your session will forfeit any prepayment. Rescheduling of your session within 48 hours will incur a $400 reschedule fee.

IMAGE ORDERING & PAYMENT

At the end of your photos being taken, your images are uploaded into the computer and displayed on our studio TV. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Payright, After-pay or Zip (6% processing fee charged on top of Zip Payments). Credit card is also accepted with an extra 2.9% card processing fee.

Within 1-3 weeks after your session, any digital files ordered will be emailed to you via a password protected download. Within 4 weeks after your session, any wall art pieces and albums will be delivered to your doorstep.

These timeframes are an estimate, and circumstances can sometimes cause delays. You will be notified if this is to happen.
